Said asset is formalized through a Concession granted for the operation, conservation and maintenance of the 39.05 km toll-free stretch of highway under the federal jurisdiction Tapachula-Talismán with a branch to Ciudad Hidalgo, in the State of Chiapas and a Contract for a Project for Provision of Services.
